A humble message-3 by Mangal Dhillon through his educational docu-drama film "Sarvnash" to fight the drug menace in Punjab, which is the ultimate threat to the future of Punjab & find it a silent nuclear bomb, which can be much more destructive & dangerous than a nuclear Bomb since it works silently in a secret way but destroys many generations. |

Losing one's legs is a tragedy, but it is not the end of life. Nadir lost both feet in an accident when he was a boy. Now he is 17. Thanks to the artificial feet he received at the ICRC-supported rehabilitation centre in south-west Pakistan, Nadir has become captain of a local cricket team and a true all-rounder. Together with his teammates and friends, he shows how courage and determination can overcome disability. |

In the first nine months of 2011, over 1700 patients received treatment at the Pakistan Institute of Prosthetic and Orthotic Sciences (PIPOS) in Peshawar. The Institute, which the ICRC has been supporting since 2004, treats people from the areas of north-west Pakistan affected by fighting.
